Preparation and Application of a Sustained-release Solid Scale Inhibitor

A sustained-release solid scale inhibitor was prepared by dispersion of a series of organic phosphorus and polycarboxylate inhibitors in soluble solid organic carrier.The inhibition efficiency of this novel solid scale inhibitor could be 94.44% and its application effect in the ASP (Alkali/surfactant/polymer) flooding is better than that of the traditional scale inhibitors.
