PHENANTHROLINE SPECTROSCOPIC ANALYSIS TO DETERMIN THE CORROSION RATE
The Fe ion concentration was determined by phenanthroline spectroscopic analysis,and some influence of additives had been precluded through well stimulation.Comparing with the typical method of weight loss,the new method could be used not only in laboratory but also in field monitoring and testing the corrosion rate continuously.It is convenient and highly sensitive,could be applied to corrosion research.
