    The Electroplating Process of Nano-ZrO2/Cr Composite Coatings

    • A nano-ZrO2/Cr codeposition process was developed.The effects of bath composition and technical parameters on coating performance were studied.The appearance and components of nano-ZrO2/Cr coating were analysed by means of SEM and EDX.The optimal process parameters were achieved under the conditions of temperature 30 ℃,current density 15~17.5 A/dm2,plating time 20 min.The average content of ZrO2 in the coating was 1.45%,and the appearance of coating with nano particles was fine and uniform.
