    Effect of Impurities on Properties of Electrodeposited Fe-Ni-Cr Alloy Coating

    • Fe-Nr-Cr alloy eleclrodepositing in chlorid-sulfate solution was performed.The forming reasons of impurities, methods for treating impurities and effect of impurities on the properties of coating were analyzed.The organic impurities in the bath could purged by activated carbon.The concentration of Cu2+,Zn2+,Pb2+ and Sn2+ should not be more than 0.06 g/L,0.34 g/L,0.27 g/L and 0.15 g/L respectively.The metallic ions in the bath could be eliminated by electrolysis with low electric current.
