An Ambient Temperature Cured Waterborne Epoxy Resin Anticorrosion Coating

A kind of two-component room-temperature curable fluorocarbon coating with good wear-resistant performance was developed using waterborne epoxy resin coating as the basic component,filled with ferric oxide,talcum powder,titanium and self-emulsifier as the curing agents.Based on L9 (43) orthogonal design,the formula was optimized.The best comprehensive properties of the coating showed that the abrasion value was 0.023 g(JW-IV,2500 r),the hardness was 3H and toughness of the coating was 1 mm ,and the adhesion rank was 1.The waterborne coating contains few VOC and has excellent corrosion resistance.
