Several Affecting Factors on the Changes of Monitoring Data of Corrosion Probes in Refinery

The service conditions of corrosion probes in the field were summarized. And the correct use of corrosion probes and the characteristics of monitoring data were described also. Five influencing factors of monitoring data and the methods of treatment are discussed, respectively. The results showed that the distortion of monitoring data may be due to the temperature, localized corrosion and manufacturing quality under the complicated field conditions. To play a more important role in the monitoring of corrosion probes and to ensure the safety in production in the fields, the monitoring data should be guaranteed by accurate analysis and diagnosis.
