Abstract
The corrosion behavior of low-alloy steels was studied in 3.5%NaCl solution with inhibitors composed of (CH2)6N4,Na3PO4 and CS(NH2)2.The inhibitive efficiency was measured and compared by linear polarization and the result of EIS was similar to that of linear polarization. The inhibitive mechanism of inhibitors was also analyzed by Tafel curves.Experimental results show that the inhibitive efficiency followed the order:Na3PO4>CS(NH2)2>(CH2)6N4.With the addition of these inhibitors,a film formed on the surface and prevented metals from corrosion.
