Fatigue Property of Aluminium Alloy after Chemical Milling

The study of fatigue property and the analysis of typical crack morphology show that the chemical milling process for aluminium can meet the fatigue design requirement of civil aircraft.The fatigue crack always appears at the radium bottom of the specimen with chemical milling.
