    • An environmental phosphating technology at medium temperature was optimized by orthogonal test.The performance of phosphate film,such as appearance,corrosion-resistance,antirust ability,film weight and adhesive strength was tested.The film was multicolor,uniform,dense and its weight was about 3.4 g/m2,its corrosion-resistance and antirust ability were relatively good,the adhesive strength of lacquer film on steel was improved after phosphating process.
