Abstract
The effect of NaCl and Na2SO4 molten salts on the corrosion behavior of T/P92 heat resistant steel at 620 ℃ was investigated by metallurgical microscopy, EDS, SEM and XRD. The results show that the main components of the corrosion product were Fe2O3,Fe3O4 and FeCr2O4. The more the salt accumulation and the higher the NaCl content in the salt at surface area of material, the more serious the corrosion.
