    AlCu Pseudo Alloy Coating Material for Electric Power Grounding Grid

    • In order to overcome the shortcomings of general grounding grid material,such as high corrosion rate,short service life and high cost,a novel grounding grid material,AlCu14 pseudo alloy coating,was prepared by arc spraying.Accelerated corrosion testing and stability testing of dynamics and thermodynamics were carried out.The results showed that the AlCu14 pseudo alloy coating material exhibited good anti-corrosion,electric conduction properties and dynamical and thermodynamical stability.Comparing with galvanized material,AlCu14 pseudo alloy coating was more suitable as a grounding grid material.
