Electroless Ni-P Plating on Porcelain Granule and Glass Substrates

The electroless Ni-P plating was obtained by using sodium hypophosphite as reductant on glass and porcelain granule surface.The results of performance measurements showed that Ni-P deposit with 10μm thickness on glass,had excellent brightness and adhesion.Ni-P films on the porcelain grain had good suface status and adhesion,when the effective plating time was up to 15 min.
