    Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of Electrodeposited Fe-Cr-Ni Coating

    • Effects of temperature and currention density on deposition rate and corrosion behavior of Fe-Cr-Ni electrodeposited coatings were investigated.Corrosion behavior of the coating was studied with electrochemical method.The coating showed passivate behaivor in saturated NaCl solution,but exhibited over-passsivation phenomenon at 60℃.The coating exhibited different electrochemical performance at different current densities.When the current density was 5 A/dm2,the passive film showed excellent corrosion resistance without over passivation phenomenon.
