    Corrosion-resistant Coatings for Seawater Circulation Pump of Nuclear Power Plant

    • A high-velocity erosion-corrosion rotating device for experiments was Self-designing, the device has a flexible angle of attack and rotating speed control system, experiments of epoxy resin and polyurethane coating for erosion corrosion resistant performance in artificial sea water were conducted. Results show that polyurethane in Hangzhou bay seawater had better corrosion-resistant performance than epoxy resin, the surface of the former afler testing was smoother and brighter, cavitation and decomposition did not exist, tiny holes appeared on epoxy surface.
