    Ultrasonic Field Synthesis and Anticorrosion Property of Polyaniline Nanofiber

    • Polyaniline nanofibers were synthesized by direct mixing reaction in ultrasonic field.The epoxy coating mixed with 3.0% polyaniline was spread on the surface of 304 stainless steel,and the anticorrosion property was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization curves.The results revealed that the anticorrosion property of the epoxy coating mixed with doped polyaniline was better than that of the epoxy coating mixed with undoped polyaniline in 3.5% sodium chloride solution and 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid.The epoxy coating without polyaniline also showed corrosion protection property for 304 stainless steel in sodium chloride solution and hydrochloric acid solution.
