Corrosion and Cathodic Protection of Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe in the Sanwan Water Conservancy

Reasons which cause the corrosion of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP) are analyzed. The evaluation results of environmental corrosion in Dandong Sanwan water control and water transfer project construction project and relative anti-corrosion measures are presented. The technical details of design and cathodic protection implementation of PCCP in Sanwan are discussed.
