    STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF ELECTROLESS COMPOSITE Ni-P-SiC-MoS2 PLATING

    • The Ni-P-SiC-MoS2 composite coating was obtained on basis of single electroless composite plating.The surface morphology,components,structure and performance of the coating were investigated with SEM,XRD,microhardness,adhesion and wear testing.The composite coating was crystallized after heat treatment,and the adhesion increased with the increase of the heat treatment temperature,the hardness of composite coating was lower than that of Ni-P-SiC and higher than that of Ni-P-MoS2,but its wear-friction properties were superior to above all.Meanwhile,It had excellent wear resistance and anti-friction properties.
