    FAILURE ANALYSIS OF SUPERHEATER TUBES IN CATALYTIC REFORMING CARBON MONOOXIDE

    • The superheater tubes for catalytic reforming CO made of 12Cr1MoV steel were broken after being used for 25000 hours.The reason of failure was analyzed by TEM,X-ray and metallographical examination.It is concluded that this failure was caused by creep and cracking at a relatively high temperature for a long time.
