    Effect of Welding on Corrosion Resistance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N Tube and Process Optimization

    • 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N is a kind of duplex stainless steel produced in China and is used in chemical equipment manufacturing more and more. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the decrease of corrosion resistance of tube′s main seam after welding, an optimized welding process of the material was summarized and developed, which was useful to increase the productivity and repair rate in manufacturing stainless steel equipment. The optimized welding process also provides positive effect in welding of similar materials.
