    Influence of Flame Chemical Reaction Thermal Spraying Technology on Ceramic Coating Peformance

    • Through the addition of SiO2 and TiO2 powders,the reaction temperature of thermal spraying increased,and the oxyacetylene flame chemical reaction thermal spraying technology was improved.The bond strength and abrasion-resistance of the coating,and the effect of addition content on coating performance were analyzed.The optimum ratio of coating powders was obtained through orthogonal experiments.
