    Influencing Factors of Corrosion Processing Rate for GH4169 Super Alloy

    • The factors affecting the corrosion processing rate of GH4169 super alloy in corrosion processing solution containing FeCl3 were studied. The corrosion processing rate mainly depended on the concentration of HF, HNO3, HCl, FeCl3 and the processing temperature. The corrosion processing rate showed an increasing trend with the rise of concentration of acid. When the temperature increased 10 ℃, the processing rate increased 4.35 μm/min. FeCl3 could not only increase the corrosion processing rate, but also reduce the surface roughness. The existence of Ni2+ in the solution could influence corrosion processing rate. with the increase of Ni2+ concentration, the corrosion processing rate decreased gradually.
