Optimization of Process Parameters of Static Spraying with PFA Powder

According to the principle of orthogonal test, taking bonding strength as target,and the sintering time, sintering temperature and coating thickness as factors to find out a relatively good coating process. The process was sintering temperature 380 ℃, sintering time 40 min and coating thickness 0.4 mm. The results showed that bonding strength was improved significantly after coating process optimized. Microscopic observation of the interface showed that the coating and substrate were combined closely and there was no defect in the coat.
