Abstract
By means of SEM,TEM,metallographic microscopy and testing of polarization curves, the effects of cold deformation before and after intermediate annealing on microstructure and electrolytic corrosion properties of PS plate were analyzed. The electrolytic corrosion properties of board base were good when it had uniform dislocation, high dislocation density, and large quantity of thin and uniform distribution of second phase particles. The increase of cold rolling deformation before annealing could promote dispersed separation of precipitated phase and the density of dislocation increased with the increase of final cold rolling.Plate base after treated with annealing at the thickness of 1.2 mm obtained not only a lot of thin, uniform distribution of second phase particles but also high density and uniform dislocation, and thus the properties of electrolytic corrosion of plate were improved.
