Scaling and Corrosion Reason Analysis of a Heating Furnace Air Pre-heater

The air pre-heater is the heat exchange equipment of heating furnace,used to recycle the flue gas heat and enhance the furnace efficiency.The flue gas containing water vapor,sulfur and nitrogen could cause the corrosion and scaling of the heat exchanger.The corrosion and scaling reasons of the pre-heater are analyzed,and several preventive measures are proposed.
