    • Effects of Al content in zinc bath on inhibition layer microstructure and powdering resistance of coating were studied by means of SEM,EDS and XRD.The results showed that with the decreasing of Al content in zinc bath,the grains of inhibition layer became coarse,the alloying degree became great and the powdering resistance of coating deterioration.
