    Application of Super-hydrophobic Surface Modification to Anti-rust and Anti-scaling of Boiler Safety Valves

    • This paper introduces the characteristics of the super-hydrophobic surface and its role in surface anti-corrosion and anti-scaling. Several techniques which could modify the boiler safety valve surface as a super-hydrophobic surface are illustrated. The problems and prospects of the super-hydrophobic surface preparation techniques are also discussed.
