    Corrosion Behavior of Plasma Mo-N Modifled Coating on Titanium in Dilute Sulphuric Acid Solution

    • A Mo-N diffusion duplex layer was obtained on titanium substrate by plasma surface alloying technique.Electrochemical behavior,XRD element distribution and microstructure of the Mo-N modified coating in dilute sulphuric acid were studied.The Mo-N modified coating was composed of penetrating layer and diffusion layer and the corrosion resistance of Mo-N diffusion duplex layer was enhanced obviously in dilute sulphuric acid.
