  • For regional cathodic protection (CP), failure of electrical isolation is the main cause of CP current drain and consequent stray current shielding, which makes the design for regional CP system complex. Based on leakage analysis of regional CP system, two kinds of isolation solution of concrete foundation, and three types of CP current isolation solution of equipment grounding were studied. Thus, the design related problems of low leakage of CP current in oil and gas stations are solved successfully.
