    Research Status and Prospect of Post-processing Technologies of Ceramic Layers Formed by Micro-arc Oxidation

    • Surface pores in ceramic layers formed by micro-arc oxidation can provide a passage for corrosion media,and accelerate corrosion rate.However,the post-processing technology plays an important role in the corrosion resistance,wear resistance and functionality of ceramic layers formed by micro-arc oxidation.Post-processing technologies such as hydrothermal treatment,sol-gel technology,electroless plating and organic coating are introduced in this paper.The development of post-processing technologies for ceramic layers is forecasted.
