  • Severe pitting corrosion and tube leakage took place at the internal surface of low temperature reheater of a DG-670/140-8 super high-pressure boiler.The analytical results of corrosion morphology,corrosion characteristics and corrosion products analyses showed that the oxygen corrosion was the main reason for the tube leakage.The factors of impurity and running stop could accelerate the oxygen corrosion.The improving measures were also proposed.
