    INHIBITION PERFORMANCE OF A NEW-TYPE MOLYBDATE CORROSION INHIBITOR

    • Based on analyses of the present applications of corrosion inhibitors for recirculated cooling water,a new-type of complex corrosion inhibitor containg molybdate,zincate,organic acid and gluconate was proposed.To identify the best components,the orthogonal test was designed and the weight loss was measured.After chemical analysis of the experiment water,the tendency to corrosion and scaling was analyzed by a stable indicator.The experiment water showed corrosion tendency.Synergistic action existed in the components and the dominant factor among the four additives was the molybdate.
