Effect of a Phosphating Multiple Promoter on Performance of Zinc-series Phosphating Solution at Normal Temperature

A normal temperature zinc-series phosphating solution had been developed with phosphor acid and zinc oxide as main raw materials.The effect of free-acidity,total-acidity and multiple promoter on performance of phosphate film was observed by IR.The results showed that suitable self-made CT-1 could increase the anti-corrosion performance of zinc-series phosphate film and the main component of the film was complex phosphate.
