CO2 Corrosion Resistance of Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo Alloy 27-7Mo

Abstract
By simulating the corrosion environment of Daqing oilfield,the corrosion experiments of 27-7Mo alloy steels at high temperature and high pressure were carried out,and the corrosion products were analyzed by SEM,EDS and XPS.The results showed that the corrosion rate of 27-7Mo alloy steel was slight,and exhibited a maximum at 120 ℃ and 10 MPa.The corrosion product film of 27-7Mo alloy steel was thin,and mainly composed of oxide and hydroxide of Cr,Ni,Mo and Fe.
