Abstract
Atmospheric corrosion of copper and copper alloys was investigated at seven test stations in China over 10 year exposure.Correlations between corrosion rate of copper alloys and influence factors including environmental factors and alloying elements were studied by using gray relational analysis method. The results showed that the most remarkable factor of atmospheric pollutants which affected the corrosion rate of copper and copper alloys was SO2,while the most notable factor of meteorology was average humidity, the number of days of dew and the lowest temperature.
