    Preparation and Performance of Anti-corrosion Paint on Surface of Metallic Facility in Transformer Substation in Bad Atmospheric Environment

    • An environment-friendly anti-corrosion water soluble paint was prepared using epoxy resin as film forming matter,polyamide as curing agent,modified polyaniline/silicon powder as corrosion medium,silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide as filler.The soak period for this paint to resist salt water was more than 30 days.The results of electrochemical test showed that the corrosion potential moved in positive direction notably.The corrosion current density decreased and the film performance was stable.This paint can be used in bad atmospheric environment.
