    CORROSION AND CORROSION FATIGUE OF TYPICAL AIRCRAFT JOINTS

    • Two typical joins of LY12 with 30CrMnSiA and LC4 with LC4 were selected from the structure of aircraft wing joined to airframe.The typical joints with different pre-treatments were tested in solutions at different temperatures with different pH values and different NaCl concentrations.The typical joint of LY12 with 30CrMnSiA had a good corrosion-resisting property and the other typical joint of LC4 with LC4 had bad corrosion-resisance.Different pH values and different NaCl concentrations did not show distinct effect and different temperatures had some effect on fatigue properties.
