Solid Corrosion Inhibitor in Oilfield Waste Water

A new solid corrosion inhibitor was prepared and the performance of the inhibitor was evaluated using weight loss testing and scanning electron microscopy.Loading equipment was designed to apply the inhibitor.Calculation equation for adding amount was proposed,and long-term effect mechanisms including: low releasing,low solubility and tool controlling were also discussed.Dissolving time of the inhibitor was approximately 80 days when dynamic ampoule method was used in oilfield waste water and the inhibitive efficiency was all above 80% during the releasing time.
