Abstract
The oilfield acidification inhibitor HBBJ-2 was synthesized using cyclohexylamine, aromatic ketone, acetone and paraformaldehyde as the raw materials. The products were analyzed by means of IR spectrum, corrosion performance test, polarization curve and core permeability damage. The results indicated that the corrosion inhibitor especially compounded with propargyl alcohol, performed good effect in 15% HCl. HBBJ-2 had good inhibition effect in HCl at 120 ℃ and 150 ℃ with the increase of the dosage. It had good compatibility with other acid additives. HBBJ-2 is a mixed type corrosion inhibitor with the cathodic process mainly controled and has a small damage of the core permeability.
