    Influencing Factors of Micro-arc Oxidation Heat Wastage Efficiency of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy

    • The influence of NaOH concentration,power frequcy and treatment time on the average heat quantity and heat wastage efficiency during micro-arc oxidation of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied.The technical solutions to decline the heat wastage efficiency were also put forward.The experimental results showed that the heat wastage efficiency could be decreased obviously by controlling the NaOH concretation to be less than 2 g/L,lowering the power frequcy properly and controlling the treatment time to be within 20~25 min.
