Abstract
The anti-corrosion conditions of Al-6XN stainless steel was studied in simulated flu gas condensate using weight loss method and atomic absorption spectrum analysis. The effects of Cl-, SO42- concentration on its corrosion behavior were investigated in the pH=2 solution by means of potentiodynamic polarization. The results showed that Al-6XN stainless steel has good corrosion resistance in simulated flu gas condensate, the surface of material electrode suffared pitting corrosion in the acidic Cl- solutions .Moreover, the corrosion current density increased and pitting potential continuously shifted negatively with Cl- concentration increasing, but the addition of SO42- inhibited the pitting corrosion.
