    • The influence of water stabilizer Rp-04L on stress corrosion cracking(SCC) of 304 stainless steel was investigated in simulated hard cooling water by means of electrochemical tests under constant strain and slow strain rate tests(SSRT).The Rp-04L is an effective inhibitor for SCC of 304 SS in simulated hard cooling water.When the concentration reached 100 mg/L,the susceptibility of SCC descended sharply.
