Current Status of Preparing Functionally Gradient Deposits by Electroless Plating

Electroless plating is a technique for preparing surface coating under low temperature and liquid conditions.The technology is simple,low cost and easy to operate and more suitable for preparation of functionally graded coatings.This paper reviews the principles,current status and applications of electroless plating and electroless composite plating technique for preparing functionally gradient materials.
