  • The corrosion types in exploratory development of oil and gas fields mainly include stress corrosion,corrosion fatigue,sulfide stress cracking,pitting corrosion,etc.The corrosion research in drilling engineering is focused on the corrosion and anti-corrosion caused by CO2,H2S or CO2/H2S.Anti-corrosion measures mainly include material selection,drilling liquid control,anti-corrosion coatings and electriochemiscal protection.A new proteition method using composite ceremic films is introdueed.The experiment result showed that the composite ceramic films could greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance of workpieces,and would have a wider application in the future.
