CORROSION RESISTANCE OF ANODIZED ALUMINUM OXIDE FILM

The film of anodic aluminium oxide(AAO) was made by anodic oxidation of industrial aluminum L2 in sulfuric acid.The electrochemical character of AAO was studied in NaCl solution by dynamic polarization and EIS.The corrosion resistance of the film was different under different conditions of film preparation,such as concentation,temperature and time etc.There was a process of natural hydration obturation of the AAO in NaCl solution.
