ANTIRUST TEST OF PURE IRON COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEETS

Rusty mechanism of pure iron cold-rolled steel sheets was analyzed.Water spray test and salt spray test were carried out on the flake samples coated with different rolling oils.The effects of the rolling oil on the antirust abilities were analyzed.Combining with given production conditions,an antirust process measure for pure iron cold-rolled steel sheets without antirust oil was put forward which improved the antirust abilities of the steel sheets.
