    Performance Comparison between Complex Anodic Oxidation Film with n-SiC Addition and Hard Anodic Oxidation Film

    • Optical microscopy and thickness gauge were used to study the interface structure of cross section and longitudinal section of hard anodic oxidation film and complex anodic oxidation film with n-SiC addition. The results of SEM and EDS show that n-SiC entered into the oxide film. Performance of the complex anodic oxidation film was tested by friction and abrasion testing and salt-fog corrosion testing. The results show that the complex anodic oxidation film with n-SiC addition had better properties.
