  • The effects of temperature,flow velocity and NaCl content with saturated CO2 and the effects of various CO2 contents on the corrosivity of oil-field gathering media were studied.In oil-field service,60 ℃,relatively high flow velocity,saturated CO2 and NaCl content 25 g/L were intensive corrosion conditions.CO2 could extremely increase the corrosivity of oil-field medium.A mathematical model of corrosion has been established,average err of all testing data prediction was 2.7%,good accuracy was provided.The corrosion tubing flow imitating testing device being used has applied for national patent.Testing and assessment method has been compiled into enterprise standard of Shengli Oil-filed.
