    Preparation of Anti-oxidation Electrical Conductive Coating of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells Interconnector by Sol-gel Process

    • Ca-doped lanthanum chromite coating was synthesized by sol-gel process on the Fe-Cr alloy substrate in order to improve the anti-oxidation ability.Function group of molecule in the sol was speculated on the basis of IR.The phase transformation of the coating was investigated by DTA,TG and XRD.The structure of coating and surface morphology of corrosion were observed by SEM and OM.Results showed that the coating formed on Fe-Cr alloy substrate prevented oxidation efficiently and reached relatively high electrical conductivity.This kind of coating is an effective method to protect the metallic substrate at high temperatures.
