ELECTRODEPOSITION OF BRIGHT Sn-Ni ALLOYS

The effect of bath composition,operating conditions and additives on Sn content of electrodeposits during the process of Sn-Ni alloy electroplating in alkaline baths had been studied.Under optimum operation conditions such as ,SnCl2 15g/L,NiSO4·6H2O 35g/L,K4P2O7·3H2O 260g/L,etc,the bright,compact and high corrosion resistant alloy deposits with low brittleness and good cohesiveness were obtained.
