    Research Progress of Stress Corrosion Cracking and Hydrogen Permeation Behavior of High Strength Aluminum Alloys

    • The domestic and overseas status of the investigation on hydrogen embrittlement (HE) and experimental methods for hydrogen permeation behavior is reviewed. Several mechanisms of HE and test methods for hydrogen permeation are introduced. It is pointed out that the nature of HE is not clarified theoretically so far, and there are some shortcomings of test methods for hydrogen permeation. A new specimen treatment method was proposed, and hydrogen permeation test was carried out, and reliable results were obtained.
